Commission-Based Sales Specialist

Join Vicedomini Softworks as an independent Sales Specialist. We are looking for a high-energy Closer to identify new business opportunities and acquire clients on a 100% commission basis. Enjoy total autonomy, zero fixed hours, and a direct percentage of every contract you sign.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new leads for our software development services
- Manage your own sales funnel through cold calling, LinkedIn, or networking
- Facilitate the signing of sales contracts between the client and Vicedomini Softworks
- Maintain basic records of leads and contract statuses (can be integrated into our Odoo CRM).
Must Have
- You have a track record of closing B2B deals or lead generation
- Ability to organize your work independently without supervision
- Familiarity with the software industry or the ability to explain technical services to clients
- Ability to issue a "Ricevuta per prestazione occasionale" (with withholding tax) or a VAT invoice (Partita IVA).
- B1 English and B1 Italian
